With customers all over the world, we take the availability of ServicePal very serious. We have built a highly scalable solution that can handle thousands of concurrent iPad connections.
We use a world wide monitoring service which frequently checks the response time and availability of ServicePal. If anything is unusual, we automatically receive an alert. We strive to keep our service running 24x7, but there may be occasional downtime where we perform system updates. In such case, we notify the ServicePal account owner in advance.
