Will you be charging your customers sales tax?  We’ve got you covered!

Depending on your country, ServicePal may already have added a sales tax rate to your system. That can easily be changed. ServicePal is also able to handle multiple tax rates, in case you sell products in different counties.

Here's how you manage tax rates.

  1. Sign in to the ServicePal web application by using a computer
  2. Mouse over the Account icon, located in the toolbar
  3. Click Settings
  4. Scroll down the page until you see the Tax Rate section
  5. Click Add tax rate (in ACTIONS menu)
  6. Enter the name of your sales tax

  7. Enter the rate

  8. Click Save

There is no limit to how many sales taxes you can add.  You select the tax rate on invoices or other forms where you have included the Items element.
