By integrating ServicePal with OpenEdge, your technicians can securely process payment cards on the iPad. No card numbers, expiration dates, or CVC are stored in ServicePal, or on the iPad. Transactions are processed live against the Visa and MasterCard networks to keep your customer's data safe.
To accept mobile payments, you need an OpenEdge Merchant account. You can contact OpenEdge at 800.774.6462, Option 1.
Once approved by OpenEdge, you will receive a FREE car reader for your iPad, like the one in the picture.
We will link your OpenEdge profile to ServicePal.
Note: It is possible to have multiple card readers associated with your ServicePal account. Contact OpenEdge, if you need multiple readers for your technicians.
