1. On the Sign In screen, type in your email address
2. Tap Forgot your password?
3. An email will arrive with a link to reset your password
On a desktop/laptop computer
1. On the Sign In screen, click Forgot your password?
2. Type your email address, then click RESET PASSWORD
3. An email will arrive with a link to reset your password
