ServicePal makes it possible to maintain cost prices for items. Having average cost prices can be helpful when calculating sales prices based on your preferred profit margin.
For example. If you are using a Flat Rate price book, you may want to set your sales prices as a function of the cost price, across the different pricing tears.
The cost price for an item can be entered manually, or it can be bulk imported using the Excel Item Import function.
NOTE
The cost price for any item is not currently shown in the price book on the iPad. Technicians do not have access to cost prices for goods and services.
