When you take a photo and add it to a form, the photo is not by default saved to your camera roll. This way, the the photos do not consume your iPad storage. You can however flip a switch so all photos automatically are stored on the camera roll. This allows you to open the Photo app and locate the photos you took within the app.
Save photos to camera roll
1. Open the Settings app from the iPad home screen
2. Scroll the list of settings until you locate ServicePal
3. Tap the switch
