All ServicePal jobs have a unique job number.  This number is generated automatically each time a new job is added.

When you started your ServicePal trial, the job numbers started with "Job No. 1".  If you are migrating from another app, you may want to adjust the job number sequence. Changing the job number sequence will only affect jobs going forward. For example, if your most recent job in ServicePal is "Job No. 217" then you can set the job number sequence to a number greater than 217.

Changing the job number sequence

1. Sign in using a web browser

2. Click Settings

3. Specify a higher number

4. Click Save

NOTE: Once you have set the Job Number sequence, you cannot adjust the number back to a lower number.
