If you no longer want to service a customer (or the customer is deceased), you can archive the customer and associated jobs. Archived customers and jobs are removed from the Customers list in both ServicePal for iPad and ServicePal for Office.


1. From the Customers list screen click on the customer you would like to archive.


2. Click Edit


3. Click Archive customer


Restoring a customer from the archive


If you archived a customer by mistake, then you can restore that customer from the archive screen as shown below:


1. From the Customers list screen click the Archive button

2. Click on the customer to be restored.

3. Click on the Restore button.
